Which payment methods do you accept?
- This shop accepts payments through apple pay or Stripe. Stripe is a third party service similar to paypal that processes payments with a credit or debit card.
Where do you ship to?
- 5th House Gems ships to all 50 states including Puerto Rico!
How can I track my order?
After 1-3 day processing, you will receive a tracking number in your email once the product has shipped. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Ground shipping with up to 5 day delivery is offered for a charge of $4.00 with an additional 25 cents per extra item. Next day delivery is a shipping charge of $8.00 with an additional 25 cents per extra item. Shipping is done through USPS.
Lost or misplaced orders?
- 5th House Gems is not liable for lost or misplaced orders by the carrier service.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
